Our facility

Located in the heart of downtown Edmonton on the second floor of the Swedish Jeweler’s building, Guru Digital Arts College is a fully contained, state of the art Educational Facility. Guru's location makes it easy to get to, whether you’re commuting or using ETS transit. We’re located within 300 steps of the Central LRT station, so you’ll never have problems getting to class, rain, snow or shine.

In the classroom

Our classrooms are all equipped with 24" Macintosh computers that run both Windows and Mac OSX. This allows you the opportunity to explore the different operating systems used in the digital media community. When you enroll, you’ll be assigned a dedicated workspace that will be yours for the length of the program. Drink coffee, eat while you work, whatever you like – it’s your space.
 

Boardroom and other features

Guru has a boardroom available for meetings with students or people within the industry. Several organizations, including the Edmonton Flash Users Group (eFug) use the boardroom for various meetings and functions. To complement the comfortable atmosphere, we also offer a fully functional kitchen and break space.
